Inflation Outpacing Wage Increases, Says Dept. of Labor

Recent Department of Labor reports show that energy prices are rising six times as fast as employee’s hourly wages. Wages have increased an average of 2.2% in the last year, but, as of March, energy costs are rising at an annualized rate of 13.2%.
