Economists Find 3.3M Unemployed Individuals not Counted by Department of Labor

Economists Andrew Levin of the International Monetary Fund and David Branchflower of Dartmouth College have found that up to 3.3 million capable U.S. citizens are purposely being left out of the U.S. Department of Labor’s unemployment calculations, and that the current unemployment rate in the United States could be as high as 9%.
