Government Overpaid 95% of Obamacare Recipients

For every 100 individuals who have received Obamacare subsidy payouts from the government, 95 received too much money. This revelation by the Kaiser Foundation undercuts President Obama’s recent assertion that Obamacare is working better than expected.
