Govt. Has Ignored 63 of Money-Saving Recommendations

According to the Government Accountability Office (GAO), the U.S. government has fully addressed just 37% of recommendations that could be used to save money. While $20 billion has been saved in the last 5 years, “there’s plenty of money still left on the table,” said the GAO’s controller.
